Sunday and Holiday windows of time (very specific) 7 - 8 am, 12 - 2 pm, 5 - 6 pm
Sorry, no early drop off and the late fee is $1 per minute. Since we've extended our hours we can no longer offer a grace period for pick ups.
All dogs must have current vaccinations and pass a temperament assessment before attending daycare. Also all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.

All packages are to be paid in advance, don't expire, and can be used over any time period. Feel free to share a package between any of the dogs in your family. Full day packs cannot be split into half days.
Overnight Boarding
$32.00 for a 24 hour period MUST BE CHECKED IN BY NOON
Each additional dog in the same family will be $28.00.
We require that your dog be checked in by noon because then your dog can play all day and be tired at night when its time to go into their kennel.
Staff member on site from 6 am to 10 pm and your dogs are NEVER alone when they are out of their kennels.
Payment policy
In order to reserve your overnight boarding spot we require a Credit card or Debit card on file. Full payment is due upon pick up of your pooch.
Cancellation Policy
Please don't cancel if you can avoid it. We're a small, "mom and mom" shop and we've held your space for you and set up enough loving staff to care for your dog. We're still working on a holiday cancelation policy that is fair to you and to us. If you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear from you. Currently, our non-holiday policy is to simply cancel your reservation with no consequence to you.
Overnight is based on a 24 hour period. So, if you check in at 9:15 am then you'd need to pick up by 9:15 am in order to only pay the $32 per night fee. If you need to go over the 24 hour period it's not a problem. You'll simply be charged for daycare or another night depending on what time you pick up.
Policy holds true even in weather storms or other uncontrollable events.
Pickups need to be made during daycare hours listed above. In order to NEVER leave your dogs alone out in the yard we cannot allow pickups or drop offs outside of our open hours. We strive to create a very safe atmosphere for your best friend and we think that, while this may inconvenience the parents a little, keeping the dogs safe is too important not to do it.

Massage
Dogs LOVE to be massaged. The change in their comfort and relaxation level is measurable. If you have an older dog, a nervous dog or just a well loved dog a massage is a great way to pamper them. A dog massage can happen during daycare or boarding.

Shuttle Bus
Our shuttle bus can pick up or drop off your dog to your work, home or even to the bar! We can put your dog in your house (we'll keep your key safe), in the back yard or wherever you like. Call for more information. Pick ups can happen anytime M - F between 7 am and 9 am; drop offs are between 5 pm and 8 pm. Please be patient with us as we make our rounds. Sorry, but to preserve our sanity we cannot offer rides on holidays or weekends.
