What can I expect from the evaluation process at Dogs Dig It?

This is the process:

1. First, we ask the parents about the dog’s history. Is your fluffy friend good with other dogs? (All sizes and breeds?) Is there anything we need to watch for?

2. Second, we take your dog to meet others. This is in a safe room were the parent can see the activity. We start introducing your dog to others, one at a time.

3. Depending on comfort level of the dog, we will add multiples.

4. We watch for stiff body language, growls, and teeth snarling or if the dog hackles up (hairs along the dog’s backbone stand up).

5. We explain how the dog did to the parent and make sure they get all of their questions answered.

6. Since we have 4 play areas, our intention is to keep your dog happy and safe in a pack that best matches his/her behavior.
